Alzheimer disease detection using machine learning approach -- 2

I have already build the code using ML algorithm on python (Anaconda) and it is running fine I just need help in the optimization approach as we basically want to optimize the data set to remove the noise from the bulk of data or you can suggest me some more approach so that I can perform early detection with more accuracy.
