Alpaca Feeder

I am looking for an experienced Python developer who knows the Alpaca trading platform to implement an Alpaca feeder. Alpaca Feeder is a backend microservice that collects real time data from the Alpaca online trading platform using a websocket connection. The microservice must be able to run in Google Cloud Run. It can handle multiple stock symbols. Storage can be done via file and Google Pub Sub. A doc with specification is available for consultation before starting the project.
