AliExpress Trend App (in Python)

Well, my background is in technology and today I work as a data engineer in a multinational. This personal project involves dropshipping issues. I need a web scraper app that shows me the top 10 best-selling/shipped products specifically to Brazil. Having this data, I can apply data science and predict trends in razil and other products issues related to prediction analysis.
As I already was Developer/Programmer, I will support the app myself, so I need a lean algorithm, comments in each function, explaining clearly what each line of the code do. I really will need to understand how the code works to improve the whole system.
Currently I'm building other parts of the system so I'm too busy to do this web scrapping part.
I will likely need more help in other system's parts, so if you deliver a good job, we can continue the project until the final version.
