Algorithm for predicting bradycardia

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an algorithm to predict bradycardia. This algorithm should use data for historical patient records, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The ideal freelancer should have experience programming with Python, matlab. The outcome for the algorithm should be being able to predict bradycardia accurately, reduce time for diagnosis, and improve accuracy of diagnosis.
