Algo code for stock trading

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an algorithmic trading code for stock trading using Python. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing trading algorithms and be proficient in Python programming language.

Requirements:
- Develop a trading algorithm based on specific indicators and parameters provided by the client
- Implement a trend following strategy or a mean reversion strategy
- Utilize Python programming language for coding the algorithm
