I'm seeking an experienced Python developer with a strong background in algorithmic trading, with some basic understanding of stock markets. I have a draft version of my technical analysis-based trading strategy, which employs moving averages, RSI, ADX, and price structure from candlesticks, and I need help converting it into a functioning algorithm.

Key Tasks:
- Convert existing trading strategy into Python-based algorithm
- Create visualizations for strategy performance, charts to indicate signals
