Algo Trading Software for Indian Stock Market

I am seeking an experienced Python developer to construct a software for algorithmic trading in the Indian stock market, interfacing with the 5 paisa API. It will primarily apply to intraday trading in Indian Indices (Nifty, Banknifty, Finnifty, and sensex).
Key Requirements:
- Manipulate indicators VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) and EMA (Exponential Moving Average) for the trading setup.
- Real-time data streaming capabilities to stay in sync with market ticks.
- Automatic trade execution, enabling seamless interaction with the market.
- Customizable trading strategies to adapt to changing market situations.
Trading Rules:
Detailed instructions will be provided on conditions for when to execute trades (call or put) based on my specific algorithm.
