Alexa Skill Set to Play Messages From App / Server

I am looking for a developer to create an Alexa skill that can play messages from either a specific app or server. There is no preference for the programming language to be used. Users will need to be able to interact with the messages, such as replying or deleting them, through Alexa.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience developing Alexa skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Knowledge of app and server integration
- Ability to create a user-friendly and intuitive voice interface
