AiAA - Mobile app development for an AI assistant chatbot

I am looking for a skilled mobile app developer to create an AI assistant chatbot for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing chatbots and integrating AI technology. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can implement the AI technology that I have in mind for the chatbot. The chatbot should have both text and voice-based communication capabilities.
I am also looking to develop this ai assistant as hyperlocal connect and ecommerce mobile app using Flutter and Firebase or other relevant technologies in different phases. The app should be cross-platform and work on macOS, Android, and desktop.
The development team should have the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Flutter and Firebase, Python, GCP or other relevant technologies
- i can consider other options than firebase if given proper reasons - flutter/gcp & python is a must choice.
- Experience in developing chatbots, hyperlocal connect, ecommerce apps
- Ability to work within a budget and timeline
- Good communication and project management skills
- A portfolio of previous work and references from past clients.
