Advise and Assist to deploy Rasa chatbot

Hi! I have built a model using Rasa Open Source. I have read and am aware of the availability of channels to deploy the model. I need advice on which is best suited for my case and how to do it. I want to deploy (for free) the bot, so that anyone could have a chat with it. Docker/Heroku? How?
