Advanced Telegram Bot Development

In order to better manage and utilize Telegram, I'm in need of an automation script. The script will be performing two primary functions. First, messages will be automatically forwarded. This will be from one telegram group to another, making sure important information gets where it needs to. Second, the script will also scrap code, extracting user data which is essential for our operations.

Python is my programming language of choice for this project due to its flexibility and capability in handling automation tasks like this one. As such, a strong foundation in Python is integral. Experience in developing Telegram bots or similar automation scripts would be a huge plus.
