Advanced Python Vector Field Visualization and Analysis

I have a complex vector field in JSON format. I need someone to create an accurate 3D vector field from that (both using streamtube from plotly and quiver or any other tool). The plot should be rotatable in space to be able to look at the vector field from all sides.
