Advanced Object Recognition Development

I am looking for a skilled professional to assist in a computer vision project focusing heavily on object recognition. The main task targets de-hazing and de-raining the Yolo.
Key requirements for the project:
- Strong proficiency in computer vision concepts, particularly object recognition.
- Previous experience with YOLO (You Only Look Once), or other real-time object detection systems.
- Solid understanding of image or video analysis and manipulation such as de-hazing and de-raining processes.
The project timeline is critical as I need this completed within a month. If you believe you possess these skills and can meet the given timeline, I look forward to your bid.
Note : i will work on Yolo i only need the Dehazing and De-raining and the output of them must be inputed into Yolo
