Advanced ML Model for Stock Trading

I'm seeking an expert data scientist to build an advanced machine learning model capable of detecting candlestick and chart patterns in historical stock market data, and making trading predictions accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- The model should be able to recognize specific candlestick patterns including but not limited to Doji, Hammer, and Engulfing.
- It should also identify various chart patterns including Uptrend, Downtrend, Retracement, Double top, Double bottom, Head and shoulder, Flag and pole, Inverted head and shoulder, Inverted flag and pole, and Sideways (no significant trend).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in machine learning, data analysis, and stock market knowledge.
- Prior experience in building trading prediction models will be highly advantageous.
- Strong skills in Python, R or similar programming languages is a plus.
