There are many Medical Visual Question Answering Model(medical VQA) . One of them is PMC-VQA model by XiaoMan Zhang, available on paperswithcode and github, however the code is very troubling to run. i need someone who can reproduce/ run the code. It is OK to cut the PMC-VQA dataset intonsmaller dataset so that i know the code can actually run.
