Advanced Discord Music Bot Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create an advanced Discord music bot. This bot should be capable of:
- Playing music from a URL or search term
- Creating and managing playlists
- Displaying lyrics of the currently playing song
- Supporting Spotify and YouTube
The bot should primarily facilitate music streaming from Spotify and YouTube.
User interaction with the bot should be through:
- Text commands
- Reactions/Buttons (with no voice commands involved)
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in developing Discord bots, particularly music bots
- In-depth understanding of Discord's API
- Capability to integrate with Spotify and YouTube
- Skills in implementing user interaction through text commands and reactions/buttons.
