Advanced Car Listing Website & Chatbot Development

Car listing website project
What we already have: Telegram Bot using python to scrappe car listing of Kijiji, autotrader and facebook market place comparing it to Openlane auction market guide so we only have access to good deal.
What we need as an upgrade:
1- Website
We want to receive the listing from the bot on our own website, not on multiple telegram conversations.
- Users will have to login under a username and password with different access level.
-Only member can have access to the listings.
2- Bot filter control.
- In the website we want to have access to change and modify what the bot is scrapping, we can not change it with our actual telegram bot.
- The bot filters cars about : Make, model, year , odometer, location, trim and finally the type of seller ( only private ).
3- AI chatbot
- The listing that appear on the website should be automated by AI chat bot.
- AI chat bot should send message on the listings plateform where the car is listed on to the seller.
-Chat bot need to act like : - Human like messages, using casual vocabulary to make it feel like a human exeperience. It will have to send messages as response on a random timing to make it look more real, like 30 seconde, 2minute,45 seconde , 4 min and so on.
- Unexpected question should flag the conversation on our website and notify us to take over.
- AI chat bot should ask question like :
1- How long have you been the owner?
2- Has it ever been accidented?
3- Do you have the carfax or the VIN number ?
4- When could you come by the office for yor car évaluation?
And many more to add.
-AI will have to adress the seller in French if the listing is in French and English if listing is in English.
4- Website display
- It will have to be seperated in 3 categories of listings,
1- new listings
2- conversation on going listings (AI chat bot on going conversation with the seller)
3- Completed conversation listings ( once conversation is completed and all question and response are completed)
5 -Problem to fix
- Our bot sends us duplicates listing which we dont want to see same listing twice.
- Our bot needs our computer to run at all time for it to work, we want it independent working 24h
