Admin panel with Python & Vue

Looking for a Python with Vue.js developer to work on an Android device management project.

Now we have to make phase 1, after that there will be more work.

For this phase, you have to build a fundamental application to control the registered android devices.

So there will be total 5/6 pages
Features:
1. Add(Register) a new Product(device details) (Add the input data to database) - Page 1
2. Show the list of devices (Edit, Delete) - Page 2
3. When selecting a device from the list it goes to the details page and control options will be there. - Page 3
4. Control options will be like (Lock, install/uninstall application/wipe data/reset device/change device settings(not fixed yet))
5. Project settings screen (save settings data on database for all time use) - Page 4
6. Dashboard(Show how many devices, which version, etc) - Page 5

N:B Please read carefully before applying
We are going to use this python google api library
Must have some idea about PUB-SUB
This will be a long-term project, so only apply if you are available next time also that will depend on our understanding.
Having some knowledge of Android will be a plus.
Good design sense is a +
Of course, there is a bonus if everything is super smooth.
