Adjust HR system, domain, and email settings in Odoo 15 Enterprise

We are a startup company and using online Odoo 15 and we need to adjust the following:
1- Recruitment process including confirmation feedback emails, job description appearance in recruitment page
2- Salary slips and their impacts in financial module
3- Using our company emails perfectly through Odoo
4- Change our website address on Odoo from companyname.odoo.com to company name.com
5- Salary deductions and structures for different employees

**No need for any extra customizations, just configuration
