Adding Dirichlet Distribution in an existing Python code

Hello. I'm looking for a Python programmer. I'm implementing a research paper. I have implemented 70% of the paper. The rest of the 30% for which I'm looking for an expert includes Dirichlet distribution-based modeling. I have a numerical example to explain the paper and how the distribution works.
