Adding Autonomy on Robot

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me add intermediate autonomy to my mobile robot. The robot needs to be able to navigate through obstacles and plan its path effectively. I require someone who has experience with Python programming language and is familiar with working on mobile robots. The ideal freelancer should be able to work independently and have a good understanding of path planning algorithms. The project also involves integrating sensors and other hardware components, so experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) would be a plus.
