Add functionality to scraper

1- Auto reply to Direct Messages using OpenAI's api (reference Code attached if you like to use, starting line # 72 on replier1-OpenAI.py)
2- A telegram bot that sends the initial message and generated response to a user and asks to accept or decline the automated message
