Add admin dashboard to our RaspberryPI Door Control

We have a raspberryPI program built in Python that will lock and unlock a door lock. We keep a copy of the authorized users on a local DB that is updated periodically via the internet.
I want to have a dashboard that we can log into when on the Pi’s local network that will let us (1) see a list of users in the local DB, and (2) add/remove users.
