Account configuration in tiktok via api

I need a simple and straightforward script, it will receive a list of previously extracted cookies and using these cookies, it will change the visibility setting of likes which by default is private to public.

I don't know if this is possible since tiktok usually only allows this configuration on mobile devices, but I've heard about a script of this type from a friend of mine.

The developer who takes on this project will need extensive knowledge of the tiktok api, and I'll provide accounts for testing if necessary.
