AWS Role creation and attaching policy (Multiple accounts) through python script

There are two accounts- source account and target account
In source account role to be assumed, using the python script it should be able to generate role and permissions in the target account. Attached is the cloud formation template which includes role to be created and what permissions it should have. So we have multiple accounts in our organization , so using the source account when we trigger through script it should able to create role and permissions in target accounts
