AWS Python Optimization/Maintenance Project using Jenkins and Redis

Alef company has already set up AWS ec2 servers in Singapore location and China Beijing location for its multilingual speech recognition, text to speech, and translation http web services. The Alef APIs offered to our clients are json files through the endpoints located in AWS Singapore and China.Alef project is an existing and prebuilt python project. This means that we have already not only developed the program in python and json, but also deployed in AWS Singapore and China.
But currently, the ALEF APIs in Singapore work fine, the ALEF APIs in China work partially not completely. Namely, the asr and tts APIs are not working in China. But they do work in Singapore with the same source code.
In addition, because the response speed for our users needs to be optimized through python code changes, and also the program needs maintenance and/or other modifications and customization for specific customers, for example, adding a new mode which allows the cached data to be stored in client servers instead of our own servers. Another example is the external sources have changed their webpage layout, therefore we need to change our python code accordingly to be able to retrieve the information from external websites under the same rules as before.In short, we need a python expert to learn our existing python program first and then work for us in the long term. Work List:1. Fix current problems and make China AWS server APIs work completely. 2. Fix the latency issue for asr tts and translate. 3. Accelerate the response time for all APIs. 4. code pipeline deployments and make it automatic like the Github production branch so our team can change codes when needed. 5. Some automation to measure the external api response times. 6. All codes and instructions documentation related to work submitted to GitHub. 7. Our team should be able to test all APIs successfully and reproduce all above matters. 8. Change Singapore server to be the same as in China AWS account so as to lower the cost in Singapore (should be same cost in China). 9. Code refactoring: All credentials are exposed in the code which makes it difficult to trace when they need renewal or expired. This is also important as it will increase maintenance time if not done. 10. Change architecture to redis to get 100ms response for tts and asr.
