AWS Migration (Dockers and Lambdas)

We have a website based on two dockerized components and some lambda services. The components are written in python and use a shared postgres database. We need help in migrating this from one AWS account to another, in the next week. For now, this is an as-is migration; later we may work on enhancing this application. Please note we have all the source code and a database backup, and we have verified we can build the components, but we do not have access to the original AWS account or the original developer.
