AWS Lambda: Zip Libraries & Fast Code

I need a freelancer who can provide me with a zip file containing specified Python libraries, ready for use in an AWS Lambda function supporting Python 3.12.

Part 1:
- Create a zip file with all dependencies for the following libraries:
- redshift-connector
- psycopg2
- sqlalchemy
- sqlalchemy-redshift
- pandas
- paramiko
- boto3
- botocore
- numpy
- os
- dateutil
- pysftp
- setuptools
- urllib3
- requests

Part 2:
- Write the most efficient code to transfer data from a Pandas DataFrame into AWS Redshift through the AWS Lambda function.

- The data size is less than 1 GB and the function will be triggered multiple times an hour.
