AWS Lambda Function for File Transfer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹800 INR
I need a skilled Python developer to create a robust AWS Lambda function that will:
- Copy files from an S3 bucket and compress them into a zip file and place them back in S3.
- Transfer the zip file from S3 to a specified server via FTP.
Important: I currently have no access to the destination server, so a comprehensive solution is necessary.
The Lambda function should include:
- Error handling mechanisms that retry on failure, send alerts/notifications, and log errors to CloudWatch.
Ideal skills for this job:
- Proficient in Python and AWS Lambda.
- Extensive experience with S3, FTP, and error handling in cloud functions.
- Familiarity with CloudWatch for logging and monitoring.
