AWS Lambda Function & AI Video Creation

I'm in need of a seasoned developer who can assist in creating an AWS Lambda function. This function will be scheduled to run weekly, performing the following tasks:

1. Making an initial API query to my Bedrock model to generate a random question.
2. Using the returned question to make a second API call to retrieve a response.
3. Using both the question and answer to create an AI-narrating video.
4. The same function will then publish to my Facebook group, Instagram, and YouTube channel. I have a functioning Bedrock model, so the focus is primarily on the Lambda function creation.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, as this is the preferred language for the AWS Lambda function.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda.
- Familiarity with API integration and AI video generation process.
- Understanding of social media API for video publishing.

Please note, I have no preference for the type of voice in the AI-narrating video, be it male or female. The key is to ensure a smooth, engaging narration.
