S3 to AWS Aurora Serverless via Lambda Function

Develop python based lambda function, triggered by csv file upload to s3 directory, to import the data into an AWS Aurora Serverless database (v1). Project requires only proof of concept. No actual data file will be provided and no access to database will be made available. Engineer needs to create AWS Serverless cluster/db, create a sample table, create sample csv file to use, develop python code to run as lambda function and provide screenshots of relevant AWS settings. Payment will be 75% on delivery of those items, 25% withheld for reasonable additional questions to be answered as may be required
