(NO AUTO SUBMISSIONS) Python/Django Product Spreadsheet Handler

I'm looking for an expert Python/Django developer who can help me with sorting and merging my product spreadsheets. Its the first test task, to merge two spreadsheets with their own rules, then I expect more tasks.
