API integration using Python with React App -- 2

I have a React web app for which I need to do API integration with a third party database. Need to make API calls, save the responses to my MongoDB collection. These API calls have several prerequisites, like Project type, Labor type, Location etc. Response data changes according to the selected options. I need to render the data to my frontend based on a partially matching primary key. Data hierarchy for these API calls is a little complex. Each API call returns over 5000 responses. So while rendering the data to my frontend, I need to filter and match the responses based on "Text" mentioned in couple of columns from the database. I have the full source code in python and C# from the third party to make these API calls. Maybe need to build cross reference tables. Need someone who has expertise in Python/C#/Java and MongoDB.
