API for 3D model generation from photos and videos

I am looking for an experienced API developer to create a custom API that will allow users to upload photos and videos, which will then be transformed into a 3D model in either 3mf or STL file format. The API should be able to handle large file sizes and should have a user-friendly interface for easy integration. The developer should have a strong understanding of APIs, image processing, and 3D modeling. Is this something you can do?
