[API for Linkedin] Export datas to excel

Hi there,

I need an API that export all the datas of a specific search on linkedin on my friends circle 1, 2 and 3.
Example of research :
"Network administrator"
40 000 results founds.

I want to export some specific datas for all of them.
Risk of being blocked by Linkedin ?
System with the Linkedin API or another system ?
