API-Driven Image Upload for Portrait Series

I'm looking for a developer to create a Python script that allows me to upload an image to a website hosted on a cloud service and then call via API the Replicate Flux Kontext Portrait Series application, allowing me to set configurable parameters as desired, including safety tolerance, which at default vale if 2 is crazily restrictive. The uploaded image on the cloud will have a url (required by Replicate app) and after using API to call Replicate then the image will be processed by replicate and the output retrivable by me on client end. Again the uploaded image will be hosted on a cloud service, which should be easy to use and cost-effective.

Requirements:
