ALS disease prediction using EMG signal Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Using Matlab(preferably) or Python, analysing EMG signals of healthy and ALS patients from a muscle region. I have the data set. Every patient and healthy person has varying numbers of EMG signals.Every signal file has a .bin and a .hea file. Probably these .bin files need to converted to .csv or .txt. What is wanted is to a program to take these signals and do the analysis in preferably time-frame by frame(fixed time frames), overlap-add technique(time frame is 1000 but the next +1000 group starts at 500 and ends at 1500 and goes on till the signal ends.). There is a sample rate defined for signals. Datas will be labeled as healthy and ALS.After analysis, data should be used for train(%70) and test(%30). And WEKA usage.
If you have another easier resolution for analysis of EMG signals, it is ok as soon as you are implementing it.
Deadline is 29th of January 2022. Again if you have another easier aproach for analysing signals and doing the weka work it is ok. It is said to me that the approach written before is implementable in a month and already easier then other siqnal analysis techniques. Please please don't bid if you aren't sure you'll implement the project FULLY. Only bid if you have time and if you're sure you can give time and effort till it finishes. And please no robot bidding.
