BioInfomatics - RadSEQ data tools.

I am looking for someone to help me develop bioinformatics tools to analyze RADseq data. Specifically, I need help performing phylogenetic analysis for my project. I’m not limited to any particular software and am open to suggestions. The intended use of this analysis is for setting up a fast-evolving phylogenetic library for potential application in clinical diagnostics in the future.
