Push Notification coding (primary) , checking versions, Android Gradle, upgrade libraries (if requires) , implementation, and upload to play store. ( android version app)

we are looking for push notifications for our current app. the current app is already have push notification using firebase however it is not working as we expected

Push notification will happen in 3 methods.

Schedule time and manual.There is push also from system to refresh up ( no title and no content)
Schedule Time notification - Specific notification will be sent at set time with fixed title and content ( some data will be changed in content) to selected users.
Manual push - the admin through server push notifications to selected users . Title and content will be changed


We want from bidders to give the flow of notifications from notification bar. If notification received in notification bar and user click notification then how will be the flow you can program

Considering app is active and user is inside the app
considering app is closed but not sign out
Considering app is sleep but not signed out
considering User is signed out
Considering Received messages are more than 1 in notification bar


We also have notification box.The same messages are directly access from server.
We prefer pop up for the notification received to enable to user to read without visiting notification box
