Apple Wallet pass

I am looking for someone to help create an Apple Wallet pass dynamically using any programming language, preferably Python or Node.js. The goal is to generate a Wallet pass and send notifications to users. We have a source code that we've implemented, but notifications aren't being sent. You will need to have an iPhone and a MacBook to test the features. If you have experience with Apple APN, we will prioritize awarding the project to you.
