Puppet version upgrade

project is we need to update puppet modules which are running in puppet version 3.8 to latest version 7.14 . In order to do this we need to know what changes we require in version 3 modules to work in version 7 and we will need to litmus testing . For local development we need to run test in dokcer . for cloud as part of jenkins we need to run in gcp vm.
