As an author of children's books, I'm seeking a talented craftsman/craftswoman with foam work skills, and puppet construction experience, specifically, hand puppet design.
Your task will be:
- Designing and constructing a foam hand puppet of STINKY THE SKUNK for school visits and library readings
- Creating a design that is engaging, yet durable for regular use
- Utilizing your knowledge and knack for puppet aesthetics to create a puppet that appeals to children and captures the image of our main character, STINKY. (The cover image includes some other characters in the first book but we wanted to make sure you saw his tail.)
