Non-fiction Book Organization with Tables

Job ID: 38213113

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My project is to publish a book on the 2,000 named soldiers buried in the Gettysburg National Cemetery. The format I want to use is an 8 x 8 inch paperback, using Scrivener. I am finished with the research. I need help with formatting. No special knowledge of the Civil War is needed.
I currently have one Microsoft Word table that runs some 120 8.5 x 11 pages. Ultimately, I want upload each Union state’s table separately and make each its own chapter, in effect. Each cell in this long table reports in linear sub-cells the buried soldier’s name, his age at death, his Civyyil War fighting unit, and biographical information (in the largest sub-cell). I would assume that this type of upload into Scrivener would be easy enough.
In addition, I need formatted for me to type in the title page, a copyright and self- publication page, a dedication page to my wife, and both foreword and introduction pages.
At the end of the book, I want to append an alphabetized listing of the 2,000 soldiers’ names for genealogical resourcing. The problem is that I cannot compose this index without being able to seer how the tables either all the individual names stretch across the specific pages. This means that I will probably need to be able to print off the 100+ 8 x 8 pages on 8.5 x 11 paper so that I can then compose the index. I am aware that Excel might offer some advantage over Word in this work, but I am okay with doing the grunt work with only Word.
I am wanting, if at all possible, to publish this book by the end of this month of June.
