Kindle Book Formatting Assistance

My manuscript, “How to Rise to Meet a Woman Like This,” is finished and sitting in what I believe is a Kindle-ready file. Before I hit the Publish button on KDP, I’d like an experienced pair of eyes to confirm that the interior truly meets Amazon’s guidelines and reads flawlessly on Kindle devices and the Kindle app.

Here’s where things stand:
• The content is complete and already laid out; however, I’m not entirely sure every heading, paragraph style, image, hyperlink, and footnote will translate perfectly once Amazon runs its final conversion.
• I have an existing cover that I’m happy with, so no new artwork is required—just make sure the dimensions and file weight pass KDP’s checks.
• I’m looking for practical, expert advice on the best file format (EPUB, KPF, or MOBI) and any final tweaks, then delivery of the upload-ready version along with a quick set of instructions so I can repeat the process on future titles.

Deliverables
1. A fully validated Kindle file (EPUB/KPF plus a tested MOBI if still helpful for sideloading).
2. A brief hand-off note outlining any changes you made and a step-by-step guide for the KDP upload screens.
3. Confirmation screenshots from Kindle Previewer showing the book renders correctly on phone, tablet, and e-reader profiles.
