Be a reflective listener to me for four 20 min calls

Hi, I would like to hire someone who I can chat with for four 20 min phone calls. When I hire you, we can agree on times for the call. Please try to stick with the times we agree to and avoid rescheduling unless necessary. During the calls I would like to do 80% of the talking.
