I need a speech writer to help finish my speech

I have a 5-6 minute informative speech that is started, but needs to be cleaned up and I need help breaking it down so that I can read it aloud from notecards or bullet points. I have everything needed to make this very easy. This speech is for a public speaking class and you'll find the instructions inside. I need a new conclusion that doesn't have to due with empathy. I am trashing that part.
