I'm looking for a speech writer for bi-weekly projects.

I'm a public speaker for a healthcare organization. I am looking for a permanent wire for bi-weekly projects that will be executed in front of industry officials and clients. I will need speaches that cover various topics such as assisted living and skilled nursing regulations, legislation, improvements to our industry, training, mentoring and so on. This is from a CEO level and must be discreet in nature. This will be an ongoing use of someone who is articulate in their abilities.
