I need a dedicated coordinator to manage a leadership training program for young leaders via WhatsApp groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share pre-recorded video sessions with the right messages and on time.
- Clarify doubts through personal WhatsApp messages.
- Arrange calls with faculty for special sessions as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all queries and miscellaneous tasks.
- Act as a bridge between candidates and faculty.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with WhatsApp management
- Ability to clarify doubts and coordinate with faculty
- Organisational skills for managing multiple tasks and communications
- Prior experience in a similar coordination role would be an advantage
