Event Length: 1 hour
Topic/Theme: Technology Collaboration between Europe and China
Expected Speaker Fluency in English: Fluent/Native
Task:
1. To attend an online event via Zoom for 1 hour on 30 Nov
2. Speak for 10-15 mins in English on business related topics (a script will be prepared for you)
Things you should know:
1. This is an online business event. You will need to have a computer, a mic, and a webcam.
Dresscode:
1. Smart casual / formal wear
Guidelines for speakers:
1. Make sure you have already downloaded Zoom on your computer, and have already registered an account. If you haven't, visit https://zoom.us/
2. Click on the meeting link we send you. (the meeting link will be sent to you prior to the event). *We advise you to enter the meeting room 5 minutes early in case of any technical issues.
3. Enter the meeting room with your first and last name so we can identify you.
4. Message us on freelancer once you have entered the meeting room so we can confirm your attendance.
4. Make sure you have a silent background.
5. You will be invited to speak by the host.
6. Speak according to the script prepared for you.
7. Payment/milestone will be released once the event has ended.
