Seeking Experts for Dialogue with Visiting Chinese Scholars

Description:
We are looking for experts with a Master’s degree or higher in Education, Sustainability, or Medical Science to join a dialogue session with a delegation of experienced Chinese scholars and professionals. Each expert will deliver a 30-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute discussion (approximately). This is a unique opportunity to earn extra income and potentially collaborate with Chinese professionals who have over 20 years of experience in their respective fields.
Requirements:
Proven expertise (either practical or academic) in the relevant field.
Ability to prepare and present a half-hour overview of your field and engage in discussions with the delegation.
English and Finnish are both welcome, as we will provide translation services.
Familiarity with the current state of the field in Finland is considered an advantage, as the visitors are interested in learning about Finland's history, development, challenges, and successful experiences in these areas.
Compensation: 100-250 EUR per hour, based on experience and field.
Duration: 1 hour in total. Please note that the format of the meeting is not strictly formal—we hope the content will be basic, easy to understand, and the atmosphere cozy. Don’t worry if the content isn’t highly technical; the audience will not be top-tier experts in the research field, and we encourage free discussion during the presentation.

Please note that this is an initial recruitment call, and we hope to find experts interested in long-term collaboration. The exact timing of the meetings will be determined based on the visitors' schedules. This is a temporary position, with meetings potentially occurring 2-3 times a month or, at times, once every 1-2 months. The schedule is very flexible, with specific times finalized a week in advance. Compensation will be decided upon mutual agreement. Meeting times may occasionally extend beyond two hours. During peak periods, two hours of light discussions and presentations per week could help you earn up to an additional 2000 EUR per month.
